# Roadmap

smol steps towards big goals

While we have a big plans for SmolSwap, we believe we can only realise it by taking one *smol* step at a time. This is because our utmost priority is the **safety of our users' assets** and we will be extra careful each step of the way to ensure that our users can participate in SmolSwap with peace of mind.

As a new project, our immediate focus must be on **growing the value of $SMOL** through expanding token utility, growing intrinsic value, and most importantly, ensuring that our platform is robust. Accordingly, we are considering the following options for the longer term to further grow our ecosystem and in turn, the value of $SMOL:

* Launchpad/IDO 
* NFT Marketplace
* Limit Orders
* Smol Pools for SMOL holders to earn free tokens

#### Risk-Adjusted Products in the Longer Term

In line with our vision of building a suite of DeFi products that cater for **differing investors profile**, the following are some key possible products that we are looking into in the longer term:

* Leveraged yield farming
* Tranche products
* Options income products
* Structured products

#### Decentralised Exchange of Ideas

As we are focused on the matters that are in front of us now, our roadmap for the longer term is very much undecided. Further, we want to remain flexible and receptive so as to capitalise on market opportunities that are ever-changing. That being said, we lay out below some items on our to-do list.
